It’s time to honour where we’ve been and dream of what lies ahead. I want to impress on you that yoga is a lifestyle and if you let it; it holds the keys to improving your wellbeing. In Eastern medicine, the idea of health is about balance not the Western concept of perfection. 

 

 

The body is our best ally. When setting health intentions (as we do this time of year) consider; what do I need this body for? What do I want to accomplish? This is intentional health.



 My weekly hybrid class returns Wednesday 8th January. You can attend in person or live via zoom from anywhere in the country. A membership is my way to bring you even more tools to stay healthy and understand your body better. I strongly believe we are not just our physical body we are our mind, our spirit, our emotions, our community, and all these things make us who we are.

 

My £45 per month membership includes;
