PHILOSOPHY
I've been practising yoga since I was a child. I learned that we're designed to move, and our original movements were easeful and felt good. Now, (many) years later, that's how I approach yoga.

I'll create a space for you to remember who you were before conditioning and culture made you hold your body in unnatural, small and painful ways.

To Do Your OM Thing is to integrate body, breath and mind. It's about authenticity, being yourself.
10 WEEK YOGA AND MEDITATION COURSE
I run open level yoga courses. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
Having 10 weeks together means movements and postures can flow from week one all the way to the end and you'll experience personal progression.
7.30 -8.45pm GMT Wednesday 24th March - 26th May 2021. Live on zoom, or in your OM time via recordings.

Whichever option you choose; you all get lifetime access to the recordings is £90 for one person, £75 per person when booked with a friend.

PRIVATE YOGA 1:1
WEEKLY YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS
I run open level yoga classes for anyone; complete beginners to yoga teachers. Each week you'll experience a blend of styles which include Hatha flow, dynamic, restorative, and feldenkrais. Let's not worry what all of these styles mean, just know they combine to create a very well rounded practice.
You can drop in any time, or make it a regular weekly practise for a discounted price. When you attend every week, you'll find movements and postures can flow and you'll experience personal progression. A single class is £10, you can pay cash, use the card reader or pay via this link.
We practice in person @ Hove Methodist Church, or live via zoom every Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm.
PRIVATE YOGA 1:1
Private sessions are tailored to your needs and interests. Here's where you get to feel the vast benefits of yoga.
I can teach you to understand your personal anatomy and work through injury or illness. You might want to focus on the quality of your sleep, improve your energy levels or increase emotional resilience. Private sessions combine various styles of yoga and meditation. We can include myofascial release, sacred sounds like singing bowls and koshi bells and reiki.

I host these warm and welcoming weekly sessions online or in my home studio.
Choose from 60 minutes £45 or 90 minutes £65.
